Jonathan Mark Spaugh

Jonathan Mark Spaugh, began his earthly life at 9:32am and began his eternal life at 10:34am Friday August 21, at Forsyth Medical Center. A private graveside service for family will be held on Monday August 24, at First Baptist Church of Welcome cemetery by the Rev. Mark Blair and Rev. Jonathan Goodman. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Glenn Spaugh. Jonathan is survived by his parents Chris and Kelli Spaugh ; his big brothers, Zachary, Austin, and Nolan Spaugh; his maternal grandparents, Marlon and Sue Choate and his paternal grandmother, Carol Spaugh, and a loving extended family. The family has requested in lieu of flowers memorials in memory of Jonathan may be made to First Baptist Church of Welcome Food Pantry, P.O. Box 269 Welcome ,NC 27374 or The Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep Foundation, 7201 S. Broadway Suite 150, Littleton, Co. 80122 (nowilaymedowntosleep.org) or to the Charity of the donors choice. The family would like to thank Dr. Anthony Masciello, and the staff of Forsyth Medical Center especially Jeanna, Shannon, Martha and Sherry for their compassionate care.
