Joseph Farrell Gurley

Joseph Farrell Gurley, 69 of Lexington passed away Monday, December 21, 2020 at Lexington Medical Center after a period of declining health.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Monday December 28 ^th at Forest Hill Memorial Park with Pastor Jim Vickery officiating.

Farrell was born on March 25, 1951, to John Furman Gurley and Dorothy Rattz Gurley. He was owner operator of Wayside Automotive and a former automotive instructor at Davidson County Community College. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Farrell is survived by his wife: Mary Gurley of the home; his daughters; Tina Hamilton and Julie Owens(Jody) both of Lexington. Grandchildren, Colin Hamilton, Meagan Hamilton, Lynzy Hamilton, Jakob Owens, Joshua Owens and a great granddaughter, Aurora Springs.
