Josephine Wagner Wagner

Ida Josephine Wagner Wagner 96 of Lexington passed away Friday March 27, 2015 at Hinkle Hospice. A Graveside Service will be 4:00 pm Sunday at Bethesda United Methodist Church Cemetery conducted by Rev. Danny Miller. The family will receive friends after the service in The Christian Life Center. At other times the family will be at the home of her daughter, Judy and David Sink on Ridge Road, Lexington. Mrs. Wagner was born February 23, 1919 in Forsyth County to C.L. Wagner Sr. and Mary Sink Wagner. She was a retired Secretary with Davidson County Community College. She was a member of Bethesda United Methodist Church and a lifelong member of the United Methodist Women, The Quilting Circle and a member of The Suzanna Wesley Sunday School Class. Her parents, and husband, James L Wagner Sr. preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by a brother, C.L. Wagner Jr. and Sister, Ina Truluck. Surviving are a son, James L. Wagner Jr. (Carolyn) and Judy Wagner Sink (David) all of Lexington. Grandchildren: Shelly Gentle (Darryl), Travis Sink (Suzy), Chaun Wagner and Heather Gilmer Great Grandchildren: Ryan Gentle, Taylor Gentle, Landon Gentle, Ben Sink, Joe Sink and Wesley Sink.
