Joy Henson

Joy Nadine Payne Henson, 66, a resident of Lexington, passed away Monday, October 10, 2022. Joy was born to the late Arnold and Orabelle Howard Payne on March 19, 1956. She was a homemaker for many years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ricky Van Henson; a brother, Tommy Payne; and a sister, June Henson.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at 11:00 AM in the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel in Lexington. Interment will follow the service in Southside Baptist Church Cemetery. There will not be a formal visitation

Left to cherish her memory are sons, Jerry Price (Angie) of Lexington and Josh Price (Angela) of Lexington; brothers, Ronnie (Rita), David, Charles (Sheree); sisters, Ann Taylor, and Judy Lee (Jimmy); and grandchildren, Dustin Price (Melanie), Tyler Price, and Zack Price; and great-granddaughter, Josephine Price.
