Joyce Mcpeak Jones

Joyce McPeak Jones, 62, of Stony Point, North Carolina, died Sunday October 28, 2018 at her home.

Mrs. Jones was born November 22, 1955 in Iredell County to Willian Edward McPeak and Bonnie Marie Jenkins McPeak. She was employed with Walmart and was of the Baptist faith.

A memorial service will be held 6:00 pm Thursday November 1, 2018 at Davidson Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel, with Rev. Doug McGee officiating services.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 6:00 pm Thursday at Davidson Funeral Home.

Surviving are two sons; Doug Cope and Steven Cope, both of Lexington; two daughters, Tia Jones and Stacey Jones, both of Lexington; two brothers, William ‘Joe’ McPeak and Monty McPeak, both of Lexington; two sisters, Connie Hege of Lexington and Billie Jean Mefford and husband Quince of Kentucky;  and 7 grandchildren, Brent, Bradley, Torie, Lexi, Skyla, Ashton and Caleb.
