Juanita Fay Hill Younts, 63, of Allred Road, died Tuesday, April 09, 2013, at Hinkle Hospice House following a 16 month illness.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday, April 11, 2013, at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Joey Goodman officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 10, 2013, at the funeral home and other times at the home.
Mrs. Younts was born July 5, 1949, in Davidson County, to Lonzy Lee Hill Sr. and Ernestine Greer Hill. She was a former inspector at Link Taylor and a member of Southside Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her family along with doing crafts and helping others. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Delores Hill.
Surviving are her husband, Howard McCoy “Coy” Younts of the home; son, Gary Hill and wife Edna of Lexington; stepsons, Michael Younts and Todd Younts and wife Jackie, all of Lexington; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brothers, Roger Hill and wife Ann and Lonzy Lee Hill Jr., all of Lexington; and sisters, Mona Brooks and husband Barry and Janet Johnson and husband David, all of Lexington.
