Juanita Shelton Hedrick

Juanita Shelton Hedrick, 82, of Welcome Arcadia Road, died Monday July 17, 2017, at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem. A funeral service will be held 2 pm Thursday, July 20, 2017, at Davidson Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel with the Rev. Dean Thompson officiating services. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12:30pm to 1:30 pm Thursday at the funeral home. Mrs. Hedrick was born June 16, 1935, in Stokes County, to Jim Shelton and Lucy Eva Cox Shelton. Before her retirement, she was employed with Goody Headache Company for 31 years.  She was preceded in death by her parents and numerous brothers and sisters. Surviving are her husband, Ray Von Hedrick of the home; one brother, James Tilley and wife Martha of Reedy Creek; numerous nieces and nephews; and many great nieces and nephews.  Memorials may be made to Davidson County Humane Society, P.O.
