Judie Holt Frye 68 of Becky Hill Road, Lexington died Thursday June 11, 2009 at Forsyth Medical Center. A memorial service will be 4 pm Sunday June 14, 2009 at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Sammy Allison officiating. Inurnment will be at a later date at Forest Hill Memorial Park. Mrs. Frye was born in Caswell County June 26, 1940 to Roy Lee Holt and Eloise Franks Holt Farmer. She was a homemaker and a member of Spruce Street Baptist Church. Her Parents, her husband, James Thomas (J.T.) Frye; and sisters, Betty Wilson and Margaret Tuggle all preceded her in death. Surviving are her sons, James (J.B.) Reid and Judson Reid both of Lexington and her daughters, Lee Ann Andrews, of Winston Salem and Annisa Williams Sandage and husband, Bill of Texas. Brothers; James Holt and Roy Lee Holt Jr. both of New Bern; and a sister Rhonda Booth of Walnut Cove; Grandchildren, Jennifer Trembley, Jamie Reid, Jessica Reid, Timothy Gough, Travis Williams, Tyler Carrick, Blake Andrews, Destiny Reid and Devin Andrews; great-grandchildren, Dylan, Dalton, Jacob, Austin and Owen. The family will receive friends at Davidson Funeral Home 2-4 pm Sunday at the Funeral Home and at other times at the home.
