Judy Burkhart, 71, of Allred Road, died Friday, July 27, 2007, in the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday at Davidson Funeral Home Lexington Chapel with burial to follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park. There will not be a family visitation.
