Julia Ann Human

Mrs. Julia Ann Rexford Human, 88, of Winston-Salem, died December 24, 2023, at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home.  She was born on February 16, 1935, in Watertown, New York, to Lloyd E. and Lydia Schell Rexford.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 26 years, Rexford Preston Human, a brother, Lloyd (Jimmy) Rexford, a sister, Ethel Hodges, and a stepdaughter, Connie Mitchell.

Surviving are three daughters, Carolyn Craven (Larry), Jean Bodsford (Ron), and Donna Cady (Bob), a brother, Harvey Rexford, eight grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren and several special nieces and nephews.

A private burial will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2023, at Crestview Memorial Park in Rural Hall, North Carolina, with Pastor Jerry King officiating.

Memorials may be made in Julia’s name to the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home of Winston-Salem/Forsyth County, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, North Carolina 27103.
