Justin Lee O’Neal, born April 30, 1984, in Forsyth County, North Carolina, left this world on August 2, 2023.
Left to cherish in his memory are his beloved parents, Jeffrey Lee O’Neal and Jettie Gambill Livengood. He is also survived by a son, Leo Booth.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm Sunday, August 6, 2023, at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to his family.
