Jzabel Vital Guadalupe

Jzabel Vital Guadalupe, age 7, of Martin Luther King Blvd., passed away Sunday morning January 3, 2015 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem from injuries of an accident. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 4:00 pm Friday, January 8, 2016 in the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with Father Rev. Ambrose Akinwande, MSP officiating. Burial will be in Lexington city Cemetery on Saturday. The family will receive friends following the service until 8:00 pm Friday night and at other times at the home Jzabel was born in Davidson County September 20, 2008 to Jose Cruz Vital and Lourdes Liliana Guadalupe. She was a first grade student at Charles England Elementary School. She is survived by her father and mother of the home; sister, Kamila Vital Guadalupe of the home; maternal grandparents, Jose Ricardo Guadalupe and Rosa Guadalupe Megia of Kernersville; Paternal grandparents, Geraldo Vital Cuanas and Reynalda Villicana of Lexington; uncle, Alex Vital of Thomasville; aunts, Rayna Vital of Lexington, Myra Guadalupe of Winston Salem and Marycruz Guadalupe of Mexico.
