Kai Scott Moore, passed away Friday November, 18, 2023 at Atrium Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem.
A Memorial service will be held 4:00 pm Saturday November 25, 2023 at Davidson Funeral Home Lexington Chapel.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm Saturday at Davidson Funeral Home in Lexington.
Kai was born November 10, 2023 in Forsyth County to Bryan Scott Moore and Kimsan Long. He is survived by his parents.
