Karen Warner Kernstine

Karen Sue Warner Kernstine, 86 of Cow Palace Road in Lexington, passed away Saturday November 1, 2025 at her home.

A graveside service will be held at National Cemetery in Salisburywith Rev. David Langley officiating. 

Mrs. Kernstine was born December 2, 1938 in Davidson County to Irving Lloyd Warner and Thelma McLeod Warner. Karen was a member of Second Reformed UCC and enjoyed reading and especially spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Surviving is her husband, Bobbie Harold Kerstine, of the home, two sons, Kim Kernstine (Sally) and Bobby Kernstine (Myra) both of Lexington; one daughter, Angela Campitell (Steve) of Williamsburg Virginia; 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
