Kathleen Baxter Comer

Kathleen “Tully” Baxter Comer, age 80 of Lexington Health Care, formerly of Coble Circle, Lexington passed away Saturday morning, November 5, 2016 at Lexington Health Care.   A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 9, 2016 in the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Clyde Akers and Rev. Wayne Sechrest officiating. Burial will follow at Lexington City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Davidson Funeral Home from 6:00 until 8:00 pm Tuesday night and at other times at 326 Lake Drive !0, Lexington.   Kathleen was born in Iredell County, NC, May 24, 1936 to Allen Eugene Honeycutt and Mattie Baxter Honeycutt. She was a retired employee of Golden Age Nursing Home and a member of Rolling Height Faith Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents.   Surviving are her sons, Jeff Comer and wife Rita and Terry Comer both of Lexington; step-granddaughter, Diana Bowman, step-grandson, Kevin Potts, Jr.; step-great-grandchildren, Cory and Leslie Clontz and a brother, Bobby Gene Honeycutt of Mooresville, NC.   Memorials may be made to Jeff Comer, c/o Davidson Funeral Home, 301 North Main Street, Lexington, NC  27292
