Kathy Proctor

Kathy Annette Kwarta Proctor, 62, of Cinnamon Way of Clemmons, passed away Friday September 10, 2021 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem. A memorial service will be held at a later date Mrs. Proctor was born January 6, 1959 in Albany County New York to Charles Henry Kwarta and Wanda Mae Smith Kwarta. She retired from the Davidson County School System where she was an English Teacher. Kathy was a member of Impact Church in Thomasville. During her spare time, she enjoyed traveling, her beloved fur babies, and her cherished Chicago Cubs. Her parents preceded her in death as well as her brother, Douglas Kwarta. Surviving are her husband, Steve Clyde Proctor of the home; three sons, Jonathan Proctor(Christine) of Goergia, Drew Morgan of Tennessee and Chris Proctor of Clemmons; two brothers, Allen Kwarta (Maria) of Virginia, and Patrick Kwarta (Die Xiang Li) of Charlotte; and three grandchildren.
