Kelly Ray Martin

Kelly Ray Martin passed away from a long battle of COPD on November 28, 2023, at the age of 50, at Hinkle Hospice House.

Services will be 11:00 AM, Friday, December 1, 2023 at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel.

Family will visit with friends one hour prior to the service from 10:00 to 11:00 at the funeral home.

The family will be having a gathering for family and friends at the home of Kathy Gibson, 163 Koonts road, Lexington.

Kelly was born in Davidson County to Johnny Wayne Martin and Kathy Shoaf Gibson on October 25, 1973. He was a member of Madison Heights Freewill Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his father.

Left to cherish his memories are his mother, Kathy Shoaf Gibson, his wife, Mary Burris Martin, his son Jonathon Wayne Martin, daughters; Nicole Martin Smith (Austin), Hannah Danielle Martin, and Lillie Grace Martin, his step-mother, Barbara Dean Martin, his brother, Eddie Martin, two grandchildren; Tylor Grant Fendley and Madison Briella Fendley, and nephew, Chase Martin.
