Kevin Michael Hauptman

Kevin Michael Hauptman age 41 of Winston Salem passed away Friday, August 9, 2013 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. A funeral service will be held 11:00 am Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at Our Lady of The Rosary Catholic Church with Father Albert J. Gondek. Burial will follow at Forsyth Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel. Kevin was born May 21, 1972 in Syosset, Long Island, NY to Edward Hauptman and Helen Moiser Hauptman. He was employed with The Hillman Group and was preceded in death by his mother. Surviving are his wife Julie Andrzejewski Hauptman, father, Edward Hauptman of Clayton, NC, brother, Robert Hauptman and wife Tammie of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Survived by nieces Hannah, Lillie, Ariyana, Sophie, Neveah and nephews Audie and Jovan.
