Kimberly Ann Moore

Kimberly Farabee Moore, 49, of Shallotte, passed away Monday, February 20, 2023.

Kimberly was born on March 17, 1973, in Davidson County, to Martha Cooper Prine and the late John Randall Farabee. She worked most of her life as a nurse in assisted-living facility, Brookstone.

Kimberly loved to fish and loved being with her family. She was also happy to be a St. Patrick’s Day baby and adored anything that had to do with Eeyore from Winnie The Pooh. Along with her father, she is preceded in death by her brother, Scott Farabee.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Franklin Buffkin; sons Jacob Ivey and fiancé Hayley Porter, and Heath Moore; mother, Martha Prine and step-dad, John Prine; sister, Missy Farabee; and grandchildren, Harper, Jackson, and Marley.
