Ladeana Presnell Spruill

LaDeana Presnell Spruill, 53, of Lexington, North Carolina, went to be with the Lord on April 28, 2026.

Born on December 21, 1972, LaDeana was the daughter of Wanda and Dean Presnell. Affectionately known as “Deana,” she was a devoted wife, loving mother, and cherished daughter, sister, and friend. Her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love for her family will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband, Timothy Spruill; her daughter, Aaliyah Boyd; and her mother, Wanda Presnell. She also leaves behind her siblings, Katie Eller, Chum Presnell, and Lee Hedrick, along with numerous nieces and nephews who held a special place in her heart.

LaDeana was preceded in death by her father, Dean Presnell; her maternal grandparents, Mammie and Lester Thomason; her paternal grandparents, Mac and Pearl Presnell; her brothers, Larry Presnell and Scottie Hulin; and her first husband, Timothy Boyd.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 5, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Davidson Funeral Home. At other times, friends and family are welcome at the home of her mother, Wanda Presnell, located at 170 Lindel Court, Lexington, NC 27292.

LaDeana’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her, and her legacy of love and devotion will never be forgotten.
