Larrene Hamm Bost

Larrene Frances Hamm Bost, 84, of Second Rainbow St., Lexington, died Friday in Forsyth Medical Center. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, August 21, 2006 at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. David Robinson. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park. Mrs. Bost was born January 18, 1922 in Graham, NC to Stephen Edgar Hamm and Cassie Anna Newsom Hamm. A retired employee of Acme Face Veneer, she was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, James William Bost in 1984, a son, Thomas Bost, October 14, 200, a brother, Alfred Hamm and a sister Pauline Laney. She is survived by two sons, Kenneth Bost and wife, Mary, of Tyro and Danny Bost and wife, Lynn of Lexington; a daughter in law, Debbie Bost of Lexington; her grandchildren: David Elliott and wife Karen; Lisa Bost; Kenny Bost and wife Debbie; Eric Bost; Amanda Lewallen and husband Eric and Corey Johnson; her great grandchildren: Ashleigh, Travis, Joshua and Patrick; her brothers: Walt Hamm and wife, Flo; Winifred Hamm and wife, Ruth, all of Lexington. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Sunday at DAVIDSON FUNERAL HOME and other times at the home.
