Larry Edmond Hardin

Larry Edmond Hardin, age 74 of Marion Lane Lexington passed away Saturday morning at his home. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 pm Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at Gethsemane Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Michael officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 4:00 until 5:00 PM, prior to the service. Larry was born in Davidson County on June 3, 1942 to Grover Edmond Hardin and Viola Carlton Hardin. He was a teacher in the Asheville City Schools and had taught Math and Business at East Davidson High School. Surviving are his wife, Barbara Aiken Hardin of the home; daughters, Lora Hardin Goodwin of Lexington and Leigh Ann Hardin Scarborough of Lenoir City, TN; 4 grandchildren and a sister, Linda Hardin Dublin of Lexington.   Online condolences may be made at www.davidsonfuneralhome.net
