Lawrence "Larry" Marusak, 55 of West English Road, High Point, formerly of Lexington, died Monday, June 18, 2012, after a sudden illness.
There will be a private service at a later date.
Mr. Marusak was born in Davidson County on July 30, 1957, to Edward Marusak and Mildred Rollins Marusak. He was a former employee of PPG and a member of Fairmont Baptist Church in High Point. He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Cynthia Manning Marusak, and a brother, Lewis Marusak.
Surviving are his wife, Joni Southern Marusak of the home; daughters Cortney Davis and husband Linwood of Kernersville and Erika Marusak of Winston-Salem; brothers Greg Marusak of Mocksville and Joe Marusak of Hamptonville; sisters Ophelia Walker of Lexington and Sandra Sorrels of Chattanooga, Tenn.; and grandchildren Jazmine Calvin, Mariah Davis, Mischa Davis, Alyssa Thomas, Ainsley Thomas, Lily Stanley and Laila Walker.
