Larry Blane Towery

Larry Blane Towery, age 79, of Lexington, NC, passed away on July 14, 2025, at the Hinkle Hospice House. A celebration of his life will be held at 3pm on Sunday, July 20, 2025 at Shiloh Church of Lexington.

Born on June 7, 1946, Larry was the son of the late Ronell Blane Towery and Ivey Faye Snider Towery. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Ronnie and Jim Towery and grandson, Jake Denton.

Larry worked in maintenance for the city schools and was a member of Shiloh Church of Lexington. He will be remembered for his kind spirit and deep love for his family.

Left to cherish his memory is his beloved companion of 34 years, Patricia Tetter of the home; daughters, Jennifer Towery (Phillip Cody), Michele Hunt (Charlie Stamey), Kristal Berrier, Becky Denton (Michael), and Tamatha Cook; eleven grandchildren, Braxton, Chloe, Stefanie, Stephen, Connor, Hannah, Emerson, Katie, Andrew, Matthew, and Allyson; and four great-grandchildren.
