Larry Gray Wafford Jr.

Larry Gray Wafford Jr., 25, of Lexington, died Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2006, at his home. A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday (10/18/2006) at Davidson Funeral Home in Lexington by the Rev. Beverly Fulbright. Mr. Wafford was born March 30, 1981, in Davidson County to Larry Gray Wafford Sr. and Linda Gail Thomason Wafford. He was employed with Fast Freddie Construction Co. of Greensboro. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. Surviving are his father and his wife, Chris, of Holly Ridge; his mother of Lexington; one sister, Christy Snow Wafford of Lexington; a grandmother, Mary Louise Thomason of Lexington; two nephews, Adam Lee Davis and Hunter Gray Byrd, both of Lexington; and his companion, Brandy Griggs of Lexington.
