Larry Wayne Morrison

Larry Wayne Morrison, 70, of Lexington went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, March 19, 2020 at his home.

In order to comply with directives from Governor Cooper’s office, a private service will be held at 11 am on Monday, March 23, 2020 at the Forest Hill Memorial Park with Pastor Lee Carter officiating and will be streamed live on the Davidson Funeral Home Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/davidson.funeralhome/

Mr. Morrison was born in Davidson County on May 9, 1949. His parents were Claude Richard Morrison and Maude Mae Bentley Morrison. He was retired from Forest Hill Memorial Park having worked in Sales and enjoyed drag racing. Mr. Morrison attended Cornerstone Outreach Center. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather whose memory will be cherished forevermore. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Patricia Woods Morrison of the home; his son, Larry Wayne Morrison II (Katrina) of Lexington; four daughters, Tandra Renken (Josh) of Tyro, Angela Johnson (Brian) of Sophia, Tennille Jones (Denny) of Lexington, and Amber Bottomley of Lexington; his sister, Mary Craddock (Wayne) of Taylorsville; twelve grandchildren, Hunter Brady, Courtney Livengood (Coty), Brianna and Brayden Johnson, Matthew, Leah, Abby, and Kiersten Morrison, Kaitlyn  and Morgan Jones, and Haley and Taylor Bottomley; one precious great-grandchild, Hayden Livengood; a nephew, David Cope; and a niece, Regina Rufty (Kent).
