Lauren Cecil

Lauren Suzanne Cecil, 11 of Lorven Drive, Lexington passed away Tuesday July 16, 2013 doing what she loved, swimming. A Funeral service will be Friday, July 19, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Holly Grove Lutheran Church where she was a member with Pastor John Mocko officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:30 PM Thursday at Davidson Funeral Home and other times at the home. Lauren was a child who was loved as much as any child in this world could be loved. Lauren was sunshine to her family and had a unique love for her family and friends. She would have been in the 6th grade at Central Middle School and was a member of Girls on the Run, Brookside Swim Team and loved anything to do with water, including fishing at the lake. Lauren was born on May 11, 2002 in Davidson County to Robert Keith Cecil, III and Lori Frank Cecil who survives of the home, grandparents, Herbert and Debbie Frank, Bob Cecil, and Donna Wayne Hilterbrand all of Lexington, great grandparents, Jack and Lalah Frank and Carl and Etta Lee Conrad, Uncles Steven and Melissa Frank, Joey Cecil and Johnny Cecil, Great Aunts and Uncles, Keith and Shirley Frank, Amy and Jim Horn, Charles and Peggy Conrad, cousins Trey Cecil, Drake Cecil and Mandy and Shane Lawrence and her loving pet dog “CC”.
