Laurette Delude Rancourt, 85, of Gum Tree Road, died from a lengthy illness on Monday, July 3, 2006, at the home of her son and daughter-in-law on Gum Tree Road.
The funeral service will be held at a later date in Nashua, N.H.
Mrs. Rancourt was born Feb. 23, 1921, in Nashua, N.H., to Joseph Delude and Alma Delude. She was homebound and served by Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church. She began work at a knitting mill that made gloves for soldiers during World War II and continued working until her retirement. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 55 years of marriage, Frank Rancourt.
Surviving are her son, Ernest Rancourt and his wife, Eleanor, of Midway; two grandchildren, Rhonda Fritts and her husband, Conrad, and Sherry Mullies and her husband, Mark, all of Lexington; and six great-grandchildren.
