Layla Madison Johnson

Layla Madison Johnson age 7 weeks, of Lexington went to play in God’s Garden Sunday, July 12, 2009 at her home. A gravesides service will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at Forest Hill Memorial Park with Rev. Charles Dickens officiating. Burial will follow. Layla was born May 23, 2009 in Forsyth County to Colton Edward Johnson and Ashley Nicole Ivester. Preceding her in death was her great grandfather, Ernest M. Church, Sr. Surviving are the parents of the home, Maternal Grandparents, Sandy Ivester of Kernersville, Ronald Ivester of Lake Norman, Peggy Gordon of Walkertown, Paternal Grandparents, Mary Lou Church and Tony Tysinger, April Hamby all of Lexington, Maternal Great Grandmother, Elizabeth Ivester of Lake Norman, Paternal Great Grandparents, Chub and Yvonne Wilson of Lexington, Uncle, Cody Johnson of Fort Brag and an Aunt, Brandi Hamby. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
