Leigh Ann Coggins Johnson

Leigh Ann Coggins Johnson, 48, of Hunt Road, died Wednesday, August 17, 2011, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. A celebration of her life will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Davidson Funeral home. The family will receive friends at their home. Ms. Johnson was born August 12, 1963, in Yuma County, AZ., to George Miller Coggins Jr. and Kathey Allen Coggins. She attended Community Church and was a former employee at LexComm. She was preceded in death by her father. Surviving are her mother of the home; sons, Brandon Johnson and wife, Renee, Daniel Baribeau and Christopher Johnson, all of Lexington; grandchildren, Wyatt Baribeau, Keenan McLain, Keefer McLain and Sofie McLain; brother, George “BJ” Coggins and wife, Katie; and sisters, Becky Fisher and husband, Jeff, of Arizona and Elisabeth Phillips and husband, Chris, of Linwood. Memorials may be made to the Christopher Johnson College Fund at BB&T bank.
