Lena Mae Hedrick

Lena Mae Craver Hedrick, age 91, of Lexington passed away Saturday, April 28, 2018 at Alston Brook in Lexington.   A funeral service will be held at the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel in Lexington at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 with the Rev. Jimmy Greene officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park.   The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Tuesday at Davidson Funeral Home in Lexington.   Mrs. Hedrick was born in Davidson County on October 5, 1926 to Arthur Julian Craver and Addie Mae Hill Craver. She was a homemaker and devoted wife and mother. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Darrell Hedrick Sr; and two brothers, Odell Craver (Minnie) and Clarence Craver (Minnie).   Surviving are her son, Darrell Hedrick (Pat) of Lexington; her daughter, Gayle Hedrick Justice (Barrie) of Asheboro; two grandchildren, Jason Hedrick (Abbey) and Janice Justice; and two great-grandchildren, Mason Hedrick and Gracelynn Hedrick.
