Linda "Lyn" Lou Stewart Hogan

Linda “Lyn” Lou Stewart Hogan, 85, of Lexington, passed away January 3, 2023, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Lexington.

A celebration of her life will be held from 5:00 until 7:00 pm Thursday, January 5, 2023, at Davidson Funeral Home where the family will see friends. A private burial will be held later.

Mrs. Hogan was born December 19, 1937, in Searcy, Arkansas, to George Cecil Stewart and Earleen Whisenant. Lyn’s passion was her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren who was the love of her life.  Lyn was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, who will be missed by all. Lyn love to travel, going to the mountains, and cooking for her family In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Glen Hogan, grandchildren, Kris Hardrick, great grandchildren, Hunter, and sister, Betty Bennett.

Left to cherish her memories are her daughter, Renee Hogan Blythe and husband Frank, sons, Timothy Hogan and wife Jenita and Anthony Hogan and wife Janet, also surviving are her grandchildren Chancey Hogan, Randi Edwards (Steven), Byron Edwards (Stephanie), Leslie Hogan, Anthony “Bubba” Hogan (Hannah), Brittany Hogan (Lyndon), Brandon Hogan (Kayla), her great grandchildren, Haley, Emmett, Jennifer, Isaiah, Lillian, Greyson, Grace, Trevor, Gage, Carson, Layla, Paige-Lyn, her sisters, Pat Hart, and Judy Maddox (Bob), also surviving is her best friend whom was consider family Suzanne Michael.
