Linda Briggs Loflin

Mrs. Linda Briggs Loflin, 83, of Lexington, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 3 at Abbotts Creek Center.

A private graveside service will be held at Becks Reformed Church Cemetery by the Rev. Ben Vogler.

Mrs. Loflin was born March 8, 1937 in Davidson County to Dermont Oscar Briggs and Gladys Irene Burkhart Briggs. She retired from Davidson County Schools and was a member of Becks Reformed Church. Her husband, Max Gordon Loflin, preceded her in death.

She is survived by her sons, Mark Loflin (Sharon), Eric Loflin, Brant Loflin, and Philip Loflin (Lavonda) all of Lexington; her grandchildren, Mitchell, Erin and Jake Loflin; and her brother, Koszo Briggs of Dillon, SC.

In lieu of flowers, memorials should be directed to Beck’s Reformed Church, 2845 Beck’s Church Road, Lexington, NC 27292 or to Hospice of Davidson County, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington NC 27292.
