Linda May Conklin Willis, 60 of Maple Tree Road, Lexington died Friday at Hospice of the Piedmont in High Point.
Mrs. Willis was born April 21, 1947 in Sussex County, New Jersey to Ronald Conklin and Marguerite Kidney Conklin. She was a home maker and had worked at Carolina Moulding. She was preceded in death by her husband Lester Willis and a brother Butch Conklin.
Mrs. Willis is survived by four sons, Lester “Chuck” Willis III and wife Tonya of Lexington, Jeffery Willis of Alpha, NJ, Bub Martin and wife Rhonda of West Palm Beach, FL, and Ralph Martin and wife Audrey of Vonage, NJ; three daughters Lorreen Willis of Lexington, Luanne Zeigler and husband Albert of Alpha, NJ and Joan Martin of Palm Coast, Fl; nine grandchildren, Amiyah Willis, Nicole Willis, Brianna Martin, Brandi Martin, Alisha Zeigler, Trisha Zeigler, Courtney Willis, Jennifer Martin, and Jessie Martin; and two great-grandchildren, Alexis Zeigler and Ethan Martin; and a brother-in-law Eugene Willis and wife Beverly of Carlisle, PA.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Monday in the Davidson Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel with Rev. Tommy Hepler officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Sunday at the funeral home and at other times at the home.
