Lloyd Jack Trantham Jr., 60, of Ward Curry Road, died Sunday, March 2, 2014, at Winston-Salem Rehabilitation Health Care, following two years of declining health.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday, March 7, 2014, at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Terry Coats officiating. Burial will follow in Lexington City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 6, 2014, at the funeral home and other times at the home.
Mr. Trantham was born July 23, 1953, in Davidson County, to Lloyd Jack Trantham Sr. and Frankie Lanning Trantham. He was a window assembler for PGT and a member of Jersey Baptist Church.
Surviving are his loving wife of 37 years, Shelia Ellis Trantham, of the home; sons, Brian Trantham and wife Elizabeth and Andrew Trantham, all of Lexington; and three grandchildren, Nicholas, Karrington and Peyton Trantham.
