Lois Ann Higgins

Lois Ann Higgins, 64, of Wall Street, died Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2007, at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem. There will be no services. Ms. Higgins was born March 16, 1943, in Buncombe County to Winston A. Johnson and Barbara Jenkins Johnson. She was a retired nurse's assistant having worked at Buena Vista Nursing Center. Surviving are a son, William Higgins and his friend, Robin Reid, of Lexington; a daughter, Lisa Higgins; two grandchildren, Alesha Elizabeth Higgins and Johnathan DeVonte Higgins; a brother, David Johnson of Lexington; and her fiancé, Jerry Hall.
