Lois Ethelene Price

Lois Ethelene Dunlap Price, age 95 of Lexington passed away Tuesday morning, November 12, 2019 at Hinkle Hospice House.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, November 16th in the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel in Lexington with Revs. David Price and Jimmy Gilbert officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park. The family will greet friends at the funeral home from 2:00 until 3:00 PM, prior to the service.

Ethelene was born July 25, 1924 in Union County to David Ward Dunlap and Ardelle Sims Dunlap.

She retired from Erlanger Mills and attended Wayside Baptist Tabernacle.  She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Benjamin Harrison “Ben” Price, Jr.; and four of eight siblings.

Surviving are her son, Rev. Roger Malcolm Price (Lonie) of Asheboro; daughter, Nancy “Rita” Estep of Welcome; sisters, Kathryn, Daviese and Ellen; 8 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
