Lorie Kepley Rogers

Lorie Kepley Rogers, age 48 of Lowder Rd, Mt. Pleasant, NC died Tuesday, August 2, 2011 in Carolina Medical Center, Concord, NC.   A funeral service will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, August 6, 2011 in Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Clyde Akers officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Friday and other times at the home of the mother, Allie Dr., Lexington.   Mrs. Rogers was born September 4, 1962 in Davidson County to Paul Kepley and Laura Ann Kinney Kepley.  She was an employee of Cabarrus Plastics.  Preceding her in death was her father, Paul Kepley and a brother, Odis Kinney.   Surviving are her husband, Rick Rogers of the home; a daughter, Nikki Rogers of the home; her mother of Lexington; a sister, Darlene Barnes and husband, Teddy of Lexington; father and mother-in-law, Frank Rogers and Jan Rogers of New York; Lorie’s little cowgirl Ella and cowboy, Carson; and Lorie’s animals, Dogs, Abby, Colby, Sam, Bruce; Tiger the Cat  and Squirt the Flying Squirrel.      Online condolences may be made at www.davidsonfuneralhome.net
