Louise Coleman

March 31, 1937 — April 26, 2020

Mary Louise Story Coleman, 83, of Dellwood Dr. passed peacefully in her residence surrounded by family on April 25, 2020. Louise touched many lives she came in contact with over the years, and was a woman who lived faithfully by the word of God.  She is now rejoicing in His Kingdom with her late husband, Louis Clyatt Coleman.

A graveside service will be held 11 am Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at Forest Hill Memorial Park conducted by the Rev. Brian Rummage.

Louise was born in Davidson County on March 31, 1937 to Lloyd and Virginia Snider Story. Louise was an active member at New Hope Presbyterian Church, previously known as Second Presbyterian, and a lifetime member of Women of the Church. Louise enjoyed volunteering her time to her community.  She had a contagious sprit, a giving heart, and infectious personality, which was a blessing to everyone.

Louise is survived by daughter, Luann Smith and husband, Bobby, of Linwood; her son Eugene Coleman, and wife, Kelly, of Burlington; her grandchildren Erin Smith Barker and husband, Alex, of England, Kayla Coleman of Charlotte, Grayson Coleman and Chandler Coleman of Burlington; her sister, Gail McBride of Winston-Salem; and her fur-baby Abby.

Louise was preceded by her parents Lloyd and Virgina Story; her twin brother, Louis Story and her sister, Jean Morrow.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to New Hope Presbyterian Church P.O. Box 1334, Lexington NC 27293
