Louise Fry

Naomi Louise Goodman Fry, 81, of Queens Road, died Wednesday July 12, 2017 at the Hinkle Hospice House in Lexington.   A funeral service will be held 4:00 pm Saturday July 15, 2017 at Davidson Funeral Home.   The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 Saturday at Davidson Funeral Home.   Mrs. Fry was born May 11, 1936 in Rowan County to Delmer Moses Goodman and Viola Morgan Goodman. She attended Catawba College and after receiving her degree, she taught for the Davidson County School System until her retirement. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Jerry Fry.   Surviving are two sons, Chris Fry and wife Pam of Lexington and Tim Fry and wife Laura of Salisbury; three sisters, Jeanette Driggers and husband Jay of Concord, Yvonne Yost and husband Rand of China Grove, and Mavis Shue of Gold Hill North Carolina; and 4 grandchildren, Jordan Fry, Casey Fry, Ethan Fry and Ellen Fry.   Memorials may be made to Hinkle Hospice House. 200 Hospice Way Lexington, NC 27292
