Lowell Vender Wagoner, 73, of Hartman Road, Winston Salem died Saturday at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, August 4, 2008 at New Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery where he was a member. The service will be conducted by Pastor Chris Byrne. Mr. Wagoner was born September 22, 1934 in Davidson County to Adolph Vender Wagoner and Ruby Eller Wagoner. He retired from AT&T after serving 35 years. He was also veteran with the US Army. A past master with Enterprise Masonic Lodge 752. He was preceded in death by his parents and also a daughter Leslie Wagoner. Surviving are his wife of 54 years Nancy Hartman Wagoner; daughter, Cindy Wagoner Moorefield and husband Jim of Winston Salem; brother, Ted Wagoner and wife Pam of Lexington; grandchildren, Leslie Moorefield and Dana Moorefield; Brother inlaw, Wayne Hartman; nieces, Shanna, Amber, Krystal. The family will have no formal visitation.
