Luella Jean Ketner

Luella Jean Ketner, 58 of Lexington, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at Hinkle Hospice House.

A celebration of life will be held at  2:00 pm on Saturday at Paul’s Chapel Evangelical and Reformed Church officiated by Rev. Aaron Long with inurnment following in the church columbarium.

The family  will receive friends following inurnment and other times at the home.

Luella was born on October 19, 1961 in Davidson County to John Ketner and Geraldine Swicegood Ketner.  She retired from Keith Hawthorne in Charlotte and was a member of Paul’s Chapel Evangelical and Reformed Church.  She was preceded in death by her father; grandparents, Charles and Zetta Ketner and Willie B. and Ella Walser Swicegood.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Jerry Mullis; mother Geraldine; sister, Llamel Craig of Lexington; and nieces Caroline Craig and Taryn Craig, both of Lexington.
