Luther Franklin Odom

Luther Franklin Odom Sr. 68 of Yates Road, Denton Passed away Saturday June 11, 2011 at Rowan Regional Medical Center. A memorial service will be 6:00 pm Tuesday June 14, 2011 at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church conducted by Father Al Gondek. Mr. Odom was born January 10, 1943 in Davidson County to Paul Exander Odom and Edna Gaynelle Johnson Odom. He was retired from Culp Brothers Construction. His parents preceded him in death. Surviving are his wife, Judy Ann Bailey Odom of the home; one son, Luther Franklin Odom Jr. of Denton; two grandchildren, Courtney LeeAnn Odom and Johnathan Michael Odom both of Denton; three brothers, Paul Exander Odom Jr. and wife Linda of S. Carolina, Calvin Odom and wife Susan of Lexington and Randall Odom Sr. and wife Susan of Georgia; One sister, Jean Leonard and husband Joe of Midway.
