Lyle Harrison Wagner

It is with deep sorrow and love that we announce the passing of Lyle Harrison Wagner, a cherished
resident of Welcome, NC. Lyle was born on Sunday, November 14th, 1976, and passed away peacefully
on Thursday, February 6th, 2025, at the age of 48.

Throughout his life, Lyle was known for his warmth, dedication, and generosity, leaving an indelible
mark on all who knew him. A beloved family member and friend, he exemplified kindness and
compassion, touching countless lives with his gentle spirit, who loved farming and caring for farm
animals.

Lyle was preceded in death by his father, William Harrison Wagner, who he lovingly remembered and
honored throughout his life. He leaves behind a legacy of love and memories that will be cherished by
his surviving family members; wife Jeannie Wagner of the home, mother, Kay Weaver Wagner, father
in-law, Paul "Jack" Carter, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

In this time of mourning, the family takes comfort in remembering Lyle's positive impact on his
community and the joy he brought to those around him. He enjoyed providing produce to those who
traveled to his produce stand on Welcome Arcadia Road. His presence will be deeply missed, but the
memories he created will remain alive in the hearts of his loved ones forever.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Davidson Funeral Home, which will ensure Lyle is
remembered and celebrated in a manner befitting his life and legacy.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 15th from 5 to 7 pm at Center Church of Welcome in the CFC.

Lyle, in life you were a beloved presence among us; in memory, you will remain forever cherished. Rest
in peace.
