Mack Lancaster

Mack Waller Lancaster, 80, of Lexington went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, February 26, 2022, at High Point Regional Hospital.

A celebration of life service will be held at 4 pm on Monday, March 7, 2022, at First Alliance Church in Lexington with Pastor Paul Titus officiating.

The family will receive friends from 3 pm until 4 pm prior to the service at the Church.

Mr. Lancaster was born in Franklin County on June 26, 1941, to Bennie Mack Lancaster and Lucille Waller Lancaster. He was a veteran of the US Army and a graduate of Campbell University. Mack was a devoted Christian that raised his family to love the Lord. He was a proud member of First Alliance Church and watched the Church grow throughout his lifetime. He had fond memories of his time as a teenager in the 1950’s. Mack loved classic cars, traveling, fishing, and always enjoyed a good meal with friends and family. Mr. Lancaster was a loving husband, father, brother, and grandfather whose memory will be cherished forevermore. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Young.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 56 years, Mary Ann Johnson Lancaster; his children, Heather Spry (Nathan), Brad Lancaster (Deanna), and Michael Lancaster (Mary); a brother, Ronnie Lancater (Linda); a sister, Nancy Sarratt (Vic); a brother -in-law, Nelson Young; his beloved nephew and niece, Ted Johnson (Lisa), and Tina Ballentine (Bill); and his eight precious grandchildren, Emmalie Spry, Matthew Spry, Ella Lancaster, Salem Lancaster, Annalise Lancaster, Olivia Lancaster, Emmett Lancaster, and Evelyn Lancaster.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to First Alliance Church at 1370 Arnold Road, Lexington, NC 27295.
