Malinda Alexander Walser age 84 of Lexington passed away Monday June 8, 2020 at her home. A Graveside Service will be 11:00 am Friday at Maple Grove Church of the Brethern Cemetery conducted by Rev. David Peeler with burial to follow. Mrs. Walser will be open to the public for viewing from 2-4 pm Thursday at Davidson Funeral Home. At other times the family will be at the home.
Mrs. Walser was born March 26, 1936 in Davidson County to Charles Clinton Alexander and Nellie Veigh Shoaf Alexander. She was retired from T.I. Industries and was a member of Maple Grove Church of the Brethern and attended Friendship United Methodist Church. Her parents and husband, Richard Franklin Walser preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by brothers:Charles Beverly Alexander, Alden Bryce Alexander and Donald Gray Alexander. Also preceded by brother in laws, Lonnie Lawson and Tommy Walker
Surviving are her daughters, Susan Osborne (Terry Jr.) of the home and Linda Jo Aldridge ( Tim) of Linwood. Her grandchildren: James (Mitch) Henderson (Joanna), Heather Henderson McKinney and Eryca Henderson all of Lexington. Two Step Grandchildren and Five Step Great Grandchildren. A Great Grandchild, Dean Henderson. A brother, Bruce (Pete) Alexander (Anita) of Lexington and sisters, Fances Joyce Alexander Walker and Nellie Mollie Alexander Lawson both of Lexington.
