Margaret Cook Beck

Margaret Austin Cook Beck 97 passed away Tuesday January 232, 2018 at Piedmont Crossing.   A service to celebrate her life will be 11:00 an Monday January 29, 2018 at First United Methodist Church where she was  a member conducted by Rev. Doug Rowe.   Mrs. Beck was born October 17, 1920 in Melbourne Austraila to Alexander Cook and Emma Grace Austin Cook. She served  in The Austrailian Air Force.   Surviving are a son, Bill Beck and his wife Nancy of Knoxville Tenn. Her daughters, Kathleen Williamson and husband Glenn of Greensboro , Dorothy Scott and her husband Bill  and Robyn Beck all of Charlotte. A brother, Alexander Cook of Melbourne Austraila.  Also surviving are six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.   Memorials may be made to Hinkle Hospice House, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington, NC 27292.
