Margaret Ann Moses

Margaret Ann Moses, 81, of Tyro School Road, died Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2009, at Lexington Health Care following an extended illness of 1 1/2 years. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Forest Hill Memorial Park by the Rev. David Langley. Mrs. Moses was born March 24, 1928, in Pittsylvania County, Va., to Charles W. Moses and Blanche West Moses. She was of the Baptist faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Armedia Allen; and two brothers, Leonard Franklin Moses Sr. and Bruce Lee Moses Sr. Surviving are a brother, Charles Moses Jr. and his wife, Mary Alice, of Greenville, S.C.; a sister, Norma Mayer and her husband, Richard, of Greenville, S.C.; several nieces and nephews; and many cousins. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Davidson Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel and other times at 320 Ed Rickard Road.
