Margaret Cross Owens

Margaret Cross Owens, age 93 of Lexington passed away Saturday afternoon November 2, 2019 at Lexington Health Care.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, November 9, 2019 in the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Paul Sprouse officiating. Burial will be private. There will be no public visitation.

Margaret was born in Davidson County October 16, 1926 to Jesse Elton Cross and Annie Mae Yarbrough Cross. She was a retired employee of Henry Link Furniture, a member of Sheets Memorial Baptist Church where she was a member of the choir. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Betty Jean Nance.

Surviving are her sons, Tony Owens and David Owens both of Lexington; great grandchildren, Brad Rhodes, Haven Gragg and Rabon Gragg; mother and father of great grandchildren, Jeff and Amber Gragg. Her nephew, Kim Cross (Debbie) and Niece, Jill King (Jeff).

Memorials may be made made to Sheets Memorial Baptist Church, 210 Cotton Grove Road, Lexington, NC 27292.
