Margie Elizabeth Gourley

Margie Elizabeth Gourley, age 83 died Friday, July 31, 2009 in Salisbury Lutheran Home after an extended illness. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday at DAVIDSON FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL with Sherrill Morris officiating. Ms. Gourley was born August 3, 1925 in Davidson County to Albert Gourley and Mary Trogdon Gourley. A member of Psalm 91 Church, she was a former employee of Lexington Memorial Hospital. Surviving are two sons, Sherrill F. Morris, Jr. and wife, Joyce of Cary, NC, Charles P. Morris of Alaska, daughter, Sheila Williams and husband, A.H. of Linwood, 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. The family will receive friends following the service.
